토익핏 개인정보 처리방침

1. 수집하는 개인정보
토익핏(이하 "앱")은 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
목표 점수, 시험일, 학습 기록(단어별 복습 단계·정답 수), 설정은 사용자의 기기 안(앱 저장소)에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 설정 > 학습 기록 초기화를 누르면 지워집니다. 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 저장·관리합니다. 사용자가 기기의 Android(Google) 또는 iPhone(iCloud) 백업을 켜 둔 경우 운영체제가 이 정보를 사용자 본인의 Google 계정 또는 iCloud 백업에 포함할 수 있으며, 이 백업은 암호화되어 사용자가 직접 관리하고 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
3. 권한
알림: 사용자가 '매일 학습 알림'을 켠 경우에만 요청하며, 정한 시간에 학습 알림을 표시하는 데만 사용합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 · 광고 · 분석
앱은 광고 SDK와 분석 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 어떤 정보도 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 유료 기능 결제는 Google Play·App Store의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 앱은 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

ToeicFit Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information Collected
ToeicFit (the "App") does not require account registration and does not collect any personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers or location, nor does it transmit any such information to external servers.
2. Information Stored on the Device
Target score, test date, study history (review stage and number of correct answers for each word) and settings are stored solely on the user's device (in the App's local storage). This information is deleted when the App is uninstalled or when the user selects Settings > Reset Progress. Backup files are saved and managed by the user. If the user has Android (Google) or iPhone (iCloud) backup turned on, the operating system may include this information in the user's own Google account or iCloud backup, which is encrypted and controlled by the user and cannot be accessed by the developer.
3. Permissions
Notifications: This permission is requested only if the user turns on Daily Reminder, and it is used solely to display study reminders at the time the user has selected.
4. Third-Party Sharing, Advertising and Analytics
The App does not use any advertising SDKs or analytics tools and does not share any information with third parties. Payments for paid features are processed through the Google Play and App Store payment systems, and the App does not receive any payment information.

1. 収集する個人情報
トイックフィット（以下「本アプリ」）には会員登録がなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報など、いかなる個人情報も収集せず、外部のサーバーへ送信することもありません。
2. 端末に保存される情報
目標スコア、受験日、学習記録（単語ごとの復習段階・正解数）および設定は、ユーザーの端末内（アプリのストレージ）にのみ保存されます。これらの情報は、本アプリを削除するか、［設定］>［学習記録をリセット］を実行すると消去されます。バックアップファイルは、ユーザーご自身で保存・管理していただくものとします。ユーザーが端末のAndroid（Google）またはiPhone（iCloud）のバックアップをオンにしている場合、OSがこれらの情報をユーザーご本人のGoogleアカウントまたはiCloudのバックアップに含めることがありますが、このバックアップは暗号化されてユーザーご自身が管理するものであり、開発者はアクセスできません。

通知：ユーザーが「毎日の学習リマインダー」をオンにした場合にのみ許可を求め、設定された時刻に学習のお知らせを表示する目的にのみ使用します。
4. 第三者提供・広告・分析
本アプリは広告SDKおよび分析ツールを使用しておらず、いかなる情報も第三者に提供しません。有料機能の決済はGoogle Play・App Storeの決済システムを通じて処理され、本アプリが決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

1. Thông tin cá nhân được thu thập
ToeicFit (sau đây gọi là "Ứng dụng") không yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản và không thu thập hay gửi bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào, bao gồm họ tên, email, số điện thoại hoặc vị trí, đến máy chủ bên ngoài.
2. Thông tin được lưu trên thiết bị
Điểm mục tiêu, ngày thi, dữ liệu học tập (giai đoạn ôn tập và số câu trả lời đúng của từng từ) và các thiết lập chỉ được lưu trong thiết bị của người dùng (bộ nhớ của Ứng dụng). Các dữ liệu này sẽ bị xóa khi người dùng gỡ cài đặt Ứng dụng hoặc chọn Cài đặt > Xóa dữ liệu học. Tệp sao lưu do người dùng tự lưu và quản lý. Nếu người dùng bật sao lưu Android (Google) hoặc iPhone (iCloud) trên thiết bị, hệ điều hành có thể đưa các thông tin này vào bản sao lưu trong tài khoản Google hoặc iCloud của chính người dùng; bản sao lưu này được mã hóa, do người dùng quản lý và nhà phát triển không thể truy cập.
3. Quyền truy cập
Thông báo: Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu quyền này khi người dùng bật "Nhắc học hằng ngày" và chỉ sử dụng để hiển thị lời nhắc học vào thời gian đã chọn.
4. Cung cấp cho bên thứ ba · Quảng cáo · Phân tích
Ứng dụng không sử dụng SDK quảng cáo hay công cụ phân tích và không cung cấp bất kỳ thông tin nào cho bên thứ ba. Việc thanh toán cho tính năng trả phí được xử lý qua hệ thống thanh toán của Google Play và App Store; Ứng dụng không nhận thông tin thanh toán.

1. 蒐集之個人資料
ToeicFit（以下稱「本App」）無須註冊會員，亦不蒐集任何個人資料（包括姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、位置等），也不會將任何個人資料傳送至外部伺服器。
2. 儲存於裝置之資訊
目標分數、考試日期、學習紀錄（各單字之複習階段、答對次數）及設定，僅儲存於使用者裝置內（App儲存空間）。刪除本App或執行「設定 > 重設學習紀錄」後，上述資料即會刪除。備份檔由使用者自行儲存與管理。若使用者在裝置上開啟Android（Google）或iPhone（iCloud）備份，作業系統可能會將上述資料納入使用者本人的Google帳戶或iCloud備份；該備份經過加密並由使用者自行管理，開發者無法存取。
3. 權限
通知：僅於使用者開啟「每日學習提醒」時要求此權限，且僅用於在使用者指定的時間顯示學習提醒。
4. 第三方提供・廣告・分析
本App未使用任何廣告SDK或分析工具，亦不會向第三方提供任何資訊。付費功能之付款係透過Google Play及App Store之付款系統處理，本App不會取得任何付款資訊。

1. Información personal que recopilamos
ToeicFit (en adelante, "la app") no requiere registro y no recopila ni envía a servidores externos ningún dato personal, como nombre, correo electrónico, número de teléfono o ubicación.
2. Información almacenada en el dispositivo
El puntaje objetivo, la fecha del examen, el historial de estudio (etapa de repaso y número de aciertos de cada palabra) y la configuración se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo (almacenamiento de la app). Esta información se elimina al desinstalar la app o al seleccionar Ajustes > Borrar progreso. Los archivos de respaldo los guardas y administras tú mismo. Si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de Android (Google) o de iPhone (iCloud), el sistema operativo puede incluir esta información en la copia de seguridad de tu propia cuenta de Google o de iCloud, que está cifrada, la controlas tú y a la que el desarrollador no puede acceder.
3. Permisos
Notificaciones: se solicitan solo si activas el Recordatorio diario y se usan únicamente para mostrar ese recordatorio a la hora que elijas.
4. Terceros, publicidad y análisis
La app no utiliza SDK de publicidad ni herramientas de análisis, y no comparte ninguna información con terceros. Los pagos de las funciones de pago se procesan mediante el sistema de pagos de Google Play o del App Store; la app no recibe tu información de pago.

1. Données personnelles collectées
ToeicFit (ci-après « l'application ») ne nécessite aucune inscription et ne collecte ni ne transmet à un serveur externe aucune donnée personnelle, telle que le nom, l'adresse e-mail, le numéro de téléphone ou la localisation.
2. Informations enregistrées sur l'appareil
Le score visé, la date d'examen, l'historique d'apprentissage (étape de révision et nombre de bonnes réponses pour chaque mot) et les paramètres sont enregistrés uniquement sur l'appareil de l'utilisateur (stockage de l'application). Ils sont effacés lors de la désinstallation de l'application ou via Paramètres > Réinitialiser la progression. Les fichiers de sauvegarde sont enregistrés et gérés par l'utilisateur lui-même. Si l'utilisateur a activé la sauvegarde Android (Google) ou iPhone (iCloud), le système d'exploitation peut inclure ces informations dans la sauvegarde de son propre compte Google ou iCloud, chiffrée et contrôlée par l'utilisateur, à laquelle le développeur n'a pas accès.
3. Autorisations
Notifications : l'autorisation n'est demandée que si l'utilisateur active le « Rappel quotidien » et sert uniquement à afficher un rappel d'étude à l'heure choisie.
4. Communication à des tiers, publicité et mesure d'audience
L'application n'utilise aucun SDK publicitaire ni outil d'analyse et ne communique aucune information à des tiers. Le paiement des fonctionnalités payantes est traité par le système de paiement de Google Play ou de l'App Store ; l'application ne reçoit aucune donnée de paiement.
